Cole Turner has invested in California properties since 2001. Her family members have been property owners, homebuilders, farmers, vintners, developers, and real estate professionals across Northern California over seven generations, and she has lived, worked, or owned property in seven of the ten Bay Area counties, as well as buying and selling properties in L.A. She is a former editor of Home Energy & Performance magazine, and helped to create the landmark book on optimizing residential building performance, No-Regrets Remodeling.
